DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Edito delivers to the areas listed below:
DELIVERY AREAS
- Mainland France, Corsica, Monaco.
- French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon).
- European Union, Switzerland, Norway.
DELIVERY METHOD: HOME DELIVERY
Rugs are shipped with GLS to the delivery address and handed over in person against signature.
Wallpapers are shipped with Chronopost.
Whatever the delivery method, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
In case of absence, you will be contacted to reschedule a delivery.
In the event of a second absence for a delivery appointment you scheduled, the parcel will be returned to the sender at your expense.
For non-bulky parcels (width < 1 m), they may be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. You will have 10 working days from the parcel’s arrival at the pick-up point to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender at your expense.
SHIPPING COSTS
The amount of shipping costs, including signature on delivery, is automatically calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.
- In mainland France (excluding Corsica), delivery is free from €150.
- In Corsica, French overseas territories and Monaco, minimum shipping costs are €8.45 excl. VAT and vary depending on weight and delivery area.
- In European Union countries, minimum shipping costs are €15 excl. VAT and vary depending on weight and delivery area.
RETURN CONDITIONS
After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging or equivalent protection.
If these conditions are met, you may send us a return request at desk@edito.paris and we will inform you of the return procedure.
Pre-order rugs, specially manufactured on request when not in stock, are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Custom-sized rugs, made according to personalized dimensions, are also manufactured on demand, in accordance with their customized nature, and cannot be returned.
REFUND POLICY
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If your refund request is approved, you will automatically be credited within 14 days to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, you may contact us at desk@edito.paris.
SHIPPING (RETURNS)
To return a parcel, it must be sent to the address of our warehouse, which will be provided after we receive your return request by email at desk@edito.paris.
If you wish, we can also arrange for your parcel to be collected from your home by our carrier GLS. This service will be deducted from the refunded amount.
