Edito Paris rugs are easy to care for. We recommend regularly vacuuming your rug to maintain its natural fluffiness. For stains, you can clean the rug with carpet powder or a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, we recommend professional cleaning.

High-quality wool carpets shed excess fiber during the first two months of use, and this gradually disappears. Be careful when vacuuming; do not use a brush attachment.

You have 14 days after receipt to return your package. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging (or equivalent protection).

Only pre-ordered rugs (made to order) and custom-made rugs are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We also offer home collection via GLS; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
