Edito Paris rugs are easy to care for. We recommend regularly vacuuming your rug to maintain its natural fluffiness. In case of stains, you can clean the rug with carpet powder or a damp cloth. For everything else, we recommend professional cleaning.

You have 14 days after receipt to return your package. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging (or equivalent protection).

Only pre-ordered rugs (made to order) and custom-made rugs are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We also offer home collection via GLS; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
